Johan Jeremiassen established Porsgrund in 1885. This well-known factory is idyllically located on the west bank of the Porsgrunn River and looks the same way today as it did over 100 years ago. Porsgrund is Norway’s only producer of feldspar porcelain. Their high quality products have remained the same since the beginning. Hearts and Pines is a classic because of it's beautiful simplicity.
